What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Architect and lead development of secure, robust, performant, and scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement critical libraries and services used by over 180 cloud microservices
• Mentor developers through coaching, code review feedback, and leading by example
• Collaborate across services, UI, DevOps, and data functional areas to ensure technology evolution
• Measure, find, and fix performance and security issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years of C#/.NET experience
• 5+ years of experience with .NET WebAPI, WCF, REST, relational database development, version control, and continuous integration
• Proven experience leading agile teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Strong background in designing solutions using architecture patterns

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with document storage technologies (AWS S3, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with messaging systems (AWS SQS, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for best practices in coding and team processes
