What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of manufacturing and real estate initiatives
• Manage project requirements, priorities, and deadlines for facilities-related projects
• Provide design and execution expertise in cost estimating, civil engineering, and architecture
• Oversee the tendering processes and contractual frameworks for AEC services and general contractors
• Analyze project portfolio costs, propose corrective actions, and report on project progress to decision-makers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in project or construction management
• Strong background in construction management with experience in large facilities and real estate investments (€30 million +)
• Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills; additional languages are an asset
• Flexibility to travel frequently to support project management on-site, up to 40% of the time

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven project management skills and experience
• International experience working with cross-functional teams
• PMP certification
