What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable web components using Stencil.js, TypeScript, Angular, and React
- Establish and enforce best practices for system design, including accessibility and performance optimization
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design APIs for efficient data flow and integration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, performing regular code reviews
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and continuously improve frontend application performance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years working on web components and Angular/React projects
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong debugging skills for browser-based issues and performance optimizations
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks like Jest or similar tools
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend teams across time zones
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Understanding or experience with backend technologies
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and modern browser APIs
- Expertise in web components development using Stencil.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with tools like Storybook for component documentation
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
