What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with stakeholders to identify key local employer/industry partners to increase market penetration
• Create marketing collateral and spotlights highlighting graduate and partner success stories
• Develop local marketing event plans to drive enrollment performance on each campus
• Collaborate with various teams to create localized direct marketing content that drives enrollment intent
• Monitor and support social media channel engagement and prepare monthly media performance reviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in crafting, executing, and measuring local marketing plans
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with productivity software (MS Office) and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in copywriting for various print and digital channels
• Experience managing social media content calendars, preferably in healthcare or higher education
• Experience presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional leaders
• Strong conceptual skills and ability to support and communicate ideas effectively
• Familiarity with online marketing and social media best practices
