What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key local employer/industry partners to increase market penetration
- Create marketing collateral and spotlights highlighting graduate and partner success stories
- Develop local marketing event plans to drive enrollment performance on each campus
- Collaborate with various teams to create localized direct marketing content that drives enrollment intent
- Monitor and support social media channel engagement and prepare monthly media performance reviews
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in crafting, executing, and measuring local marketing plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with productivity software (MS Office) and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in copywriting for various print and digital channels
- Experience managing social media content calendars, preferably in healthcare or higher education
- Experience presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional leaders
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to support and communicate ideas effectively
- Familiarity with online marketing and social media best practices
