What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, leading kick-off calls and managing communication
• Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Manage the creation and publishing of sponsor content across different content management systems
• Oversee paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and performance analysis
• Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance to adjust strategies based on insights

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, managing communications
• 1-2 years of experience in HubSpot with a strong understanding of email marketing automation
• Proficiency in WordPress and/or Shorthand for designing client content pages
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns with budgeting and performance tracking
• Strong project management skills with experience in tools such as Wrike or Asana
