Description
Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing communication, coordination, and execution between the corporate marketing team and field operations across 50+ locations. This role ensures projects, programs, and initiatives are aligned, well-communicated, and successfully executed. The Manager will serve as a cross-functional project leader to ensure timelines are met and nothing is dropped between Marketing and Operations.
The Manager will also oversee the Preferred Partnership Program and support brand expansion through new and rebranded locations. Additionally, this role supports the onboarding and training of regional positions to ensure consistency and readiness in execution.

- Strong background in project management, communications, and field coordination
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools

Core Job Duties
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Operations to manage projects, deadlines, communications, and key deliverables
- Project manage marketing initiatives that impact operations, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are tracked from start to finish
- Coordinate with Pricing, Design, and other departments to execute flyers, signage, campaigns, and promotions across locations
- Understand operational needs and timelines to ensure seamless communication and execution across teams
- Manage internal communications for all in-club events and marketing promotions
- Support events manager with day-to-day logistics and planning
- Manage ordering and distribution of swag (e.g., t-shirts, water bottles, giveaways) for campaigns and new club openings
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership on branding projects for new and rebranded locations
- Oversee non-digital marketing budget for events and swag
- Oversee the Preferred Partnership Program, including securing partners, maintaining databases, and managing promotions
- Support onboarding and training of regional manager and senior director positions to ensure consistency and operational readiness
- Host in market region bootcamps for membership and operations
- Create and support front desk and maintenance labor budgets by location based on club needs, tiering, and support structure.
- Partner with leadership to identify, implement, and scale operational efficiencies that support revenue growth, retention, cleanliness, customer service, and training.
