What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collect and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research, statistical, or data analysis roles
- Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Python, R, SQL)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven work experience as a marketing data analyst with knowledge of multi-touch attribution
- Experience with reporting databases and SQL query language
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to administer quality control and process improvement activities
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
