What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collect and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide measurement frameworks and data collection strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand banking behaviors and customer trends
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research, statistical, or data analysis roles
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Python, R, SQL)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven work experience as a marketing data analyst with knowledge of multi-touch attribution
• Experience with reporting databases and SQL query language
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to administer quality control and process improvement activities
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
