What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Automate reports and dashboards to deliver clear, relevant insights for business partners
- Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
- Conduct advanced analytics on account segmentation and multi-touch strategies
- Identify and apply AI use cases to automate analysis and communicate insights
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics with goals and revenue growth strategies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years in marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing operations (B2B preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, or a related field
- Experience with the B2B marketing funnel (awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, pipeline, revenue impact)
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, Salesforce)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data pipelines
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
