What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with campaign and functional teams to meet agent marketing needs through effective solutions
• Maintain relationships with vendors for ordering and fulfillment while ensuring platform quality and user experience
• Research and address campaign and agent inquiries regarding technology solutions and their impact on business results
• Manage governance and budget responsibilities for assigned areas
• Stay informed on industry trends and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, or Analytics
• Demonstrates project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments
• Experience in print material design and fulfillment is a plus
• Proficient in project management tools and processes, demonstrating change agility

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with and/or building an eCommerce platform or solution
• Familiarity with ECRM and the agent-office environment
• Knowledge of local or corporate marketing practices
• Experience with HTML
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
