What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) automation solutions
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
• Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating Pega OpenSpan with enterprise applications
• Mentor and guide Pega Robotics developers in best practices and solution design
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Pega OpenSpan and RPA methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
• Area of experience: OpenSpan, Pega Robotics
• Strong expertise in integrating Pega Robotics with desktop, web, and legacy applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with 4+ years in Pega Robotics/OpenSpan development and automation
• Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) certification
• Hands-on experience in Pega OpenSpan, RPA solution architecture, and automation orchestration
• Experience with UI automation, Citrix automation, OCR technologies, and AI-driven automation
