What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop, lead, and direct the ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity and client management
- Provide estimates and timelines for application migration in collaboration with divisional standard application teams
- Identify the application integration roadmap and define migration requirements related to the overall integration program
- Manage deliverables required for the integration program and communicate business impacts of application migration/integration
- Support key business and IT stakeholders for application integrations and provide weekly executive summaries to stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience, specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions integrations
- 3-5 years of experience managing software and infrastructure projects with global teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking to C-level and technical audiences
- Experience with application migration/integration and development, including documentation of workflows and processes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with cloud applications and direct/employee benefits and products
- Experience producing detailed project schedules and resource requirements
- Previous experience in project reporting, including executive-level briefing
