What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, lead, and direct the ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity and client management
• Provide estimates and timelines for application migration in collaboration with divisional standard application teams
• Identify the application integration roadmap and define migration requirements related to the overall integration program
• Manage deliverables required for the integration program and communicate business impacts of application migration/integration
• Support key business and IT stakeholders for application integrations and provide weekly executive summaries to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience, specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions integrations
• 3-5 years of experience managing software and infrastructure projects with global teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking to C-level and technical audiences
• Experience with application migration/integration and development, including documentation of workflows and processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with cloud applications and direct/employee benefits and products
• Experience producing detailed project schedules and resource requirements
• Previous experience in project reporting, including executive-level briefing
