What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and manage primary and secondary research to identify market size, share, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to develop an annual, cohesive marketing plan aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and represent the employer at conferences and advisory boards
• Manage the healthcare marketing budget and track campaign performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare marketing
• Proven record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems and industry knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
