What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design and manage primary and secondary research to identify market size, share, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop an annual, cohesive marketing plan aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and represent the employer at conferences and advisory boards
- Manage the healthcare marketing budget and track campaign performance metrics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare marketing
- Proven record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems and industry knowledge
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
