What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement software, system, and enterprise applications to enhance staff productivity and operational efficiency
• Lead project teams to define project scope, build schedules, and manage resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate risks, communicating promptly with stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to meet operational and business requirements
• Manage the transition from project implementation to post-implementation support, ensuring quality assurance and documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5 to 7 years of related experience in project management or software implementation
• Proven experience leading Agile and Waterfall projects, with knowledge of the SAFe framework being a plus
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Prior experience in software product implementation
• Strong emotional maturity and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
