We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing our marketing funnel to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test growth marketing strategies
- Utilize CRM platforms to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts
- Conduct cohort analysis, A/B testing, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates
- Extract and analyze data using SQL to drive marketing decisions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities
- Work with API integrations to streamline data collection and reporting processes
- Contribute to the development and execution of growth marketing strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI across marketing channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or similar role
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with APIs and data integration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

- Experience in B2B marketing environments
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads campaign management and optimization

- Previous experience in SaaS or technology companies
