What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage and convert prospects
• Develop landing pages and web content that resonate with target audiences and drive leads
• Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking
• Collaborate with internal specialists in SEO, paid media, and design to create integrated marketing campaigns
• Report on campaign performance with clear recommendations for improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on email campaigns and conversion-driven content
• Proven ability to manage projects from strategy through execution, testing, and optimization
• Strong skills in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Experience with website CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Exceptional writing and editing skills that are persuasive, clear, and engaging
