What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate with business leadership to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights for CRM technology solutions
• Drive alignment on CRM initiatives across global sales and service teams
• Standardize and harmonize CRM processes across business units and regions
• Lead communication and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in CRM product management, business process management, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-wide technology solutions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with Jira or Asana
• Prior experience in Revenue, Sales Operations, or Customer Service functions
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into CRM strategies
