What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate with business leadership to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights for CRM technology solutions
- Drive alignment on CRM initiatives across global sales and service teams
- Standardize and harmonize CRM processes across business units and regions
- Lead communication and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience in CRM product management, business process management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-wide technology solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Jira or Asana
- Prior experience in Revenue, Sales Operations, or Customer Service functions
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into CRM strategies
