What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development of products from inception to release, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance features and functionality
• Design, develop, and maintain the core Ember application and related add-ons

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost team productivity and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8+ years of product development experience
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable consumer-facing web applications
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Ember.js, React, Angular, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, responsive HTML/CSS, and modern web technologies
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in an agile environment

• Experience with front-end testing and test-driven development
• Expertise in web security and performance best practices
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
