What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead product development from inception to release, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain core applications
• Write and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Act as a rotating scrum master to facilitate agile processes and team productivity

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8+ years of product development experience
• Proven experience designing and building scalable consumer-facing web applications
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Ember.js, React, Angular, or similar)
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services and responsive web design
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in an agile development environment
