What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide primary support to the CTO in managing a busy schedule and travel
• Handle travel planning and logistics, ensuring detailed itineraries are prepared
• Manage inbox communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through
• Collaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant on onboarding and event planning
• Assist the Head of People with interview coordination and operational projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to various office locations as needed
