What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Execute the strategic direction and functional roadmap for product development
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
• Lead technical design processes and evaluate existing solutions for improvement
• Conduct demonstrations to showcase product value to stakeholders and clients
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for products

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
• Seven or more years of related experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• Epic Security Certification and relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts
• Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders and resolve architecture issues

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in building, testing, and deploying Epic functionality across modules
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
• Familiarity with system integrity and compliance in healthcare settings
• Experience evaluating and implementing new Epic functionality based on updates
