What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain email template libraries within the email marketing platform
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies to create and schedule email campaigns
• Write, craft, execute, and deploy email campaigns to meet deadlines
• Monitor and report on email deliverability and performance metrics
• Support various marketing and communications projects as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Informz experience a plus)
• Experience with PowerPoint and basic web content management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Canva design software
• Familiarity with email workflows, trigger, and drip campaigns
• Knowledge of email client compatibility issues and email accessibility standards
