What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned hotels
- Lead monthly strategy calls and participate in revenue management discussions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing or hospitality sales/marketing, or a 2-year college degree plus one year of experience
- Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer Certification
- Experience with brand systems including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, and/or Wyndham
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Koddi paid media buying platform
- Proven ability to create and optimize PPC campaigns on major hotel search engines
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
