What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned hotels
• Lead monthly strategy calls and participate in revenue management discussions
• Audit and optimize brand websites and online listings for accuracy and appeal
• Manage promotional budgets and advise on paid advertising placements
• Collaborate with property teams to enhance online reputation and engagement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing or hospitality sales/marketing, or a 2-year college degree plus one year of experience
• Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer Certification
• Experience with brand systems including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, and/or Wyndham
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Koddi paid media buying platform
• Proven ability to create and optimize PPC campaigns on major hotel search engines
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
