What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising (PPC), webinar strategy, social media, and website management
• Develop webinar promotion strategies using paid ads and social media to drive registrations and engagement
• Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience, ensuring accessibility and clear paths to conversion
• Implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads across various platforms
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience as an individual contributor, ideally with experience in marketing leadership training programs/courses
• Demonstrated experience in copywriting, webinar marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC
• Technical proficiency using social media marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook (ads), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Analytics
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience adapting marketing strategies for diverse international markets and audiences
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
• Relationships/contacts nationally and internationally for immediate gig opportunities
