What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for website upgrades
- Oversee the accuracy and brand alignment of content across all digital platforms
- Lead the planning and execution of new property website launches and major updates
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and manage relationships with website consulting agencies
- Assist in the development and delivery of monthly analytics reports for websites and mobile platforms
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A four (4)-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing focused on website, mobile app, SEO, and analytics reporting
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4; certification is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with web content management systems, particularly Sitecore, is required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certification in digital marketing and/or SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMRush) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and a proven record of improving website rankings
- Gaming experience is not required but may enhance candidacy
