What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Write secure and maintainable code for Hiring Company’s flagship products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with the Product roadmap
• Build, maintain, and improve backend microservices using Go and Python
• Launch and support features utilized by millions of users globally
• Focus on quality of code through best practices, testing, logging, and metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3+ years of production-level experience in building and maintaining systems at scale
• Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or similar
• Expertise in distributed systems and micro-service architectures
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies
• A thorough understanding of engineering best practices, including effective peer code reviews

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Existing exposure to Go, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence fields
