What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, implement, and reinforce project management methodologies and tools across IT teams and stakeholders
• Oversee strategic plans, adapting to institutional needs and monitoring project performance
• Review project proposals, define business cases, and create project plans with timelines
• Organize and lead project meetings with resources, stakeholders, and vendors to track progress
• Document technical workflows and provide recommendations for institutional improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management within a healthcare or related setting
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) processes and methods (waterfall/agile)
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively under pressure
• Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from an accredited institution

• Experience with Epic and leading industry Electronic Health Records systems (e.g., Cerner, McKesson, Meditech)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
