What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Middle Market Sales and Business Development teams to tailor marketing strategies to regional needs
• Act as the liaison between integrated and vertical marketing teams and sales, ensuring alignment on strategies and goals
• Conduct market research to inform marketing campaigns and positioning based on industry trends and customer insights
• Write and manage sales cadences and email templates to support sales effectiveness
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to enhance results and improve return on investment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role focused on campaign strategy
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with industry-specific market dynamics and buyer personas
• Proficiency in creating engaging sales content
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Salesloft, Seismic, or 6Sense

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or communications
• Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa
