What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist the Project Manager and collaborate with Project Assistants as required
• Develop and monitor project schedules in alignment with contract requirements
• Create a submittal log for all deliverables and manage RFIs and responses
• Track procurement of subcontracts, equipment, and materials while managing deliverable dates
• Coordinate site meetings, walkthroughs, and maintain relationships with stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction science, construction management, or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, estimating, and scheduling
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in self-perform heavy civil construction
• Familiarity with Procore and project scheduling tools
• Experience with subcontract scope development and administration
• Knowledge of material procurement processes
