What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and develop systems including operational requirements and infrastructure setup in an Agile software development environment
• Research and learn new technologies, producing proof of concepts using AI-related APIs, tools, and AWS services
• Troubleshoot high-priority production support issues and formulate timely solutions
• Develop processes to enhance operational robustness, including code refactoring and performance tuning
• Analyze existing systems and create technical documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of solid hands-on software development experience, including system installation and production support
• Proven strength in coding foundations, particularly in OOP, Python, and application development
• Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence methodologies and hands-on experience with AI-related APIs and tools, especially Open AI solutions
• Strong experience with LangChain frameworks and chatbot development using Agent/Tools and RAG Applications
• Thorough understanding of AWS technologies, website development, data management, and data security

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience with Pinecone Vector database
• Prior experience in the financial industry or quantitative technical analysis
• Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React
• Experience with SQL
