What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define and execute product strategies for the Front Office, focusing on applicant tracking and candidate management
- Conduct market analysis to gather insights from clients, recruiters, and industry trends

- Lead planning of product releases, set delivery expectations, and motivate cross-functional teams
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years in product management within the staffing industry, focusing on Front Office areas
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred
- Proven experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms
- Strong analytical data interpretation and strategy application skills
