What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and execute product strategies for the Front Office, focusing on applicant tracking and candidate management
• Conduct market analysis to gather insights from clients, recruiters, and industry trends

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 5 years in product management within the staffing industry, focusing on Front Office areas
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred
• Proven experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms
• Strong analytical data interpretation and strategy application skills
