?We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead Talentica's demand generation strategy through paid advertising and SEO. You will lead a team in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our growth. Your expertise in performance marketing, organic growth, and team leadership will be essential for scaling our marketing efforts

What you’ll be doin
- g:Develop and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive leads and conversion
- s.Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and improve Talentica’s search visibility for key industry-related keyword
- s.Own and manage the marketing funnel—ensuring consistent lead flow through paid and organic effort
- s.Leverage content marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance engagement and drive MQLs & SQL
- s.Promote Talentica Software across various digital channels, including social media, industry forums, and content syndication platform
- s.Use data-driven insights to continuously refine ad campaigns, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve RO
- I.Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline growt
