Senior Software Engineer- Blockchain Network

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer- Blockchain Network will develop essential infrastructure to bridge blockchain protocols with internal services. This role involves leading significant technical projects that enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the crypto technology stack, directly impacting the organization's platform capabilities and product integrations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver blockchain network infrastructure that simplifies blockchain complexity into reliable platform APIs
• Lead multi-quarter initiatives such as new chain integrations, system re-architecture, and data migrations
• Define and maintain APIs, service level objectives, observability, and on-call responsibilities for built systems
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to establish data contracts and develop SDKs and platform primitives
• Build technical expertise across major blockchain protocols and simplify cross-chain operations

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with ownership of production services in service-oriented architectures
• Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining distributed systems handling high-throughput and low-latency workloads
• Proficiency with at least two technologies such as Golang, Kafka, Redis, or MongoDB
• Direct experience with blockchain protocols or crypto infrastructure, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, or related networks
• Ability to decompose complex systems into well-defined microservices with clear API contracts
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base salary range: $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus
• Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
