About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER role is critical for translating business priorities into actionable project plans and leading their execution. This position drives cross-departmental initiatives including marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital promotions. The role ensures alignment across teams, manages complex deadlines, and mitigates risks to support revenue-generating activities and company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level business goals into detailed, executable project plans by engaging stakeholders and defining scope and resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects such as course launches, webinars, book campaigns, and live events.
• Develop comprehensive timelines, ownership assignments, and workflows using project management tools like Asana.
• Lead collaboration across Marketing, Copywriting, Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners.
• Oversee revenue-focused launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate large live events with thousands of attendees, handling marketing, vendors, logistics, and internal coordination.
• Monitor critical deadlines, communicate risks, and ensure team accountability to meet launch objectives.
• Validate deliverable completion with quality assurance and gap closure prior to project launch.
• Evaluate and enhance the current project management processes and tools, mentoring project coordinators to increase organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in project, launch, or program management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with numerous dependencies.
• Strong skills in project planning tools, stakeholder communication, and deadline management.
• Experience in coaching, personal development, or direct response marketing sectors preferred.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range between $110,000 and $120,000.
• Total compensation including bonus approximately $135,000.
