About the Opportunity:

The LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER - APPLE will guide the development of personalized streaming experiences for the mobile customer base, focusing on iOS and tvOS applications. This role combines deep Apple platform engineering with AI-native development, involving collaboration with machine learning and data science teams to enhance client-facing features. The lead engineer will address complex technical challenges, promote best practices, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, reliable mobile streaming applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Apple engineering team.
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Develop technical requirements based on product needs.
• Perform technical development, debugging, and delivery of iOS and tvOS native applications.
• Promote positive business practices and a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deploy new features.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of Apple development experience.
• Key contributor to at least one publicly released native iPhone application.
• Proficient in Swift programming.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and tvOS platforms and Xcode.
• Experience with memory management, multithreaded programming, UI design for multiple size classes.
• Skilled in consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging, and client-side experimentation.
• Familiarity with integrating ad-serving products into Apple applications.
• Working knowledge of machine learning-driven product features and collaboration with data science teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development processes.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
