About the Opportunity:

The GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER role is designed to advance the organization's demand generation efforts by developing and executing growth experiments across the marketing funnel. This position is responsible for optimizing conversion rates, managing paid and organic acquisition channels, and leveraging AI tools to enhance personalization and marketing workflows. The role contributes directly to scaling customer acquisition and expanding market reach through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, prioritize, and run growth experiments across the marketing funnel from initial website visits to qualified sales opportunities.
• Build and manage lifecycle and nurture programs to convert free users, trial users, and existing customers into paying and expanding customers.
• Optimize website elements such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs through A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion.
• Manage and optimize paid search, paid social campaigns, and retargeting to reduce cost per opportunity.
• Collaborate on SEO strategy and technical fixes to increase high-intent organic traffic.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for personalization, content variation, and faster experimentation.
• Own funnel analytics and dashboards, improve attribution models, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with product marketing, product teams, sales, and revenue operations to align growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of running experiments that improved conversion rates, acquisition costs, or pipeline.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, including budget and bid optimization.
• Experience with website optimization and conversion rate tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or VWO.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles.
• Proficiency with Marketo marketing automation, including program building, lead scoring, and reporting, and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel reporting and opportunity sizing.
• Effective written communication and ability to test messaging with technical audiences.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with product-led growth models involving free tiers or trials.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, security operations, or analyst workflows.
• SQL skills or experience working directly with product usage data.
• Experience with account-based marketing or intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Experience building AI-assisted or agentic marketing workflows.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range of $90,000 to $125,000.
• Annual bonus of 10%.
