We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and deliver custom integrations for a well-funded mid-size software development company.

This is a founding role within the department, and you will have the opportunity to grow the team to 3+ software engineers within the next six months.

You'll develop tailored solutions using third-party tools for analytics, data transformations, event notifications, and business rules, showcasing the platform’s versatility across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Define project goals with clients and the solutions team.
Global Project Management: Travel nationally (20-30%) & internationally (2-3 times a year), coordinating with international teams and stakeholders.
Project Delivery: Manage and execute client projects, typically completed in weeks.
Testing & Validation: Ensure project success with Solutions Architects and clients.
Platform Expertise: Master platform configuration and functionality through training.
Teamwork: Work closely with Client Success, AI Analysts, and internal teams.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide project updates and create handoff documentation.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer, with the focus on the backend
Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git and RESTful API Design.
Cloud expertise with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience deploying applications independently.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills with the ability to develop tailored solutions in dynamic environments.
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies, working with the government or working across various industries.
You have to be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to receive Security Clearance.
