Overview:
Lead the strategic development of digital experience solutions powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to drive customer engagement, brand consistency, and operational efficiency. Act as the connective tissue between business objectives and technical execution—translating user needs into scalable, content-centric digital experiences that support marketing, customer service, and enterprise communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As the AEM Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision, planning, and execution of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to enhance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll gather insights from marketers, content authors, developers, and end users to inform a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and platform capabilities. Partnering with UX, SEO, and content teams, you’ll map user journeys and guide the development of scalable components, templates, and authoring workflows that drive content velocity and engagement. You will manage discovery sessions and workshops to identify optimization opportunities, prioritize features based on impact and feasibility, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and a well-groomed product backlog. Through close coordination with IT, development, and compliance teams, you’ll ensure timely delivery of AEM enhancements that meet brand, accessibility, and legal standards. As an Agile leader, you’ll facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration while monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to inform continuous improvement. Finally, you will act as a key communicator of product strategy and progress to stakeholders across marketing, technology, and executive leadership, championing the value and impact of the AEM platform.
