We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Project Manager (Contract) to lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of all Integrated Marketing work in support of our 2026 Spring Launch.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and seamless execution of all marketing deliverables across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex digital product launches, working cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, digital marketing, and comms teams to deliver world-class product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated project management for all Spring Launch deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment, clarity of roles, and timely execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status trackers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Performance Marketing, Campaigns, Web Experience, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Events - to ensure all launch components are aligned with overall launch message and strategy and are delivered on schedule.
Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch execution updates & reviews, providing regular progress reports to leadership.
Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, launch objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
Support post-launch reviews and process documentation to capture learnings and ensure continuity.
Qualifications
Required:
6+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, or operations.
Demonstrated success leading digital product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows, including creative development, media planning, and digital production.
Hands-on experience managing projects in Jira
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Preferred:
Experience in the tech, SaaS, or consumer digital product space.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing campaign operations.
