Role
Trumpet is looking for a Product Designer with the vision, craft, and conviction to shape the future digital sales rooms.
At trumpet, design isn’t decoration, it’s a strategic driver of outcomes for users, customers, and the business. Whether you join us as a Mid, Senior, or Lead Designer, you’ll have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to uncover the highest-leverage opportunities and turn them into experiences that feel simple, human, and effective.
What you’ll do
You’ll report to the Head of Product Design and collaborate closely with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Research. As a Senior Designer at trumpet, you’ll:
Design with clarity and care, creating simple, intuitive, human-centered experiences that solve real problems.
Prototype with conviction, to align leaders, shape strategy, and turn uncertainty into direction.
Design for impact, creating experiences that move the needle for both users and the business.
Shape strategy, connecting user insight to business goals, metrics of success and turning ambiguity into focus.
Set and raise the bar for quality, pushing yourself and others to deliver at a high standard.
What we’re looking for
4–6+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
A strong portfolio, showing UX depth (rationale, thinking, validation) and UI excellence.
High standards of craft, turning insight into compelling experiences.
Prototyping expertise, exploring, aligning, and selling the future faster than words alone can.
Design systems experience (components, variants, tokens) and comfortable critiquing a DS
Strong storytelling, making complex ideas simple and inspiring
Excellent English & async communication skills, reliable UK-time overlap
Ideally, you’ve also collaborated closely with engineers, run usability tests or experiments, worked with WCAG A/AA principles, and practiced Lean/Agile methods. A background in software engineering is a plus, though coding isn’t required.
At Trumpet, design is strategy. Prototypes move decisions forward, details matter, and great design makes the complex feel simple. If you want to design with impact at scale, with craft, conviction, and ambition, you’ll feel at home here.
