We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing multifaceted campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing specific project plans to execute marketing strategies, including preparing creative briefs, estimating costs, time schedules, resource allocation, and production schedules.
- Managing all aspects of campaign execution across multiple channels, including digital, email, and direct mail.
- Driving successful implementation by reviewing and approving technical and artistic phases of marketing collateral and materials, tracking budgets and project deliverables/milestones, overseeing vendor and internal unit activities, and preparing reports and communications on project status to management.
- Tracking marketing campaigns to evaluate results and providing recommendations for future marketing promotions.
- Working individually or with a team to recommend actions, schedule and plan projects, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion.
- Managing the development of campaign assets and timelines from creative kick-off to stakeholder reviews, data pulls, translations, legal and compliance, quality checks, and routing to print or other vendors.
- Assisting with tracking the performance of campaigns by compiling data from various sources.
- Responsible for tracking Workfront/Jira (project management tools) and ensuring projects stay on track, communicating any risks as needed.
- Contributing thought leadership and an out-of-the-box approach when addressing limitations, delays, and misalignment.
