Communications & Marketing Specialist (Maternity Leave)

What will you do?

- Draft, design, and distribute internal newsletters

- Update Intranet

- Coordinate Regional campaigns across departments (HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, D&I, Community Engagement).

- Manage internal announcements and team updates via email and Teams.

- Support internal events with communication materials.

Customer Survey & Feedback Management

- Coordinate NPS surveys across multiple regions and channels (e.g., prescribers, patients…).

- Analyze survey results and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

- Liaise with local teams to ensure timely data collection and follow-up.

Social Media & Digital Campaigns

- Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook…

- Design visuals and write copy using Canva and other tools.

- Collaborate with the E-commerce/Digital Marketing team on website updates and content strategy.

Event & Trade Fair Support

- Assist in the planning and promotion of Portuguese trade fairs.

- Develop promotional materials including videos, roll-ups, flyers, and merchandising.

Press Relations

- Coordinate with PR agencies for media coverage.

Who are we looking for?

- Proven experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in creative digital tools such as Canva, mailing tools and/or Adobe Photoshop or Indesign.

- Strong writing and editing skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in healthcare or digital services.

- Familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis.
