AdQuadrant is a performance marketing agency that builds paid media and creative programs for consumer brands, with media strategy, creative production, and analytics under one roof. They're looking for a hybrid senior creative who can edit a high-performing video ad, build the motion graphics around it, and design the statics that pair with it — with AI generation woven through the entire workflow.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have 5–7+ years in video editing, motion design, or performance creative, with real work across both video and static
• Have shipped AI-generated visuals for live client or brand work — portfolio examples you can break down in detail
• Are fluent across current generation tools (Veo 3, Sora, Midjourney, Runway, and similar) and know which tool fits which job
• Are proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Think in hooks, story, and audience — you can explain why an ad works, not just how it was built
• Catch off-brand or off-logic output yourself, without being told
