They need a multidisciplinary designer who can carry a brand from identity through execution — and who's ready to give real creative direction, not just fill a queue of tickets.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally at an agency or multi-brand environment
• Have a portfolio showing complete brand identities, not just individual graphics
• Are highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Bring real photo retouching craft and motion/short-form editing ability
• Can give creative feedback that makes someone else's work better
• Use AI to sharpen your own work, never as the source of the design itself
