We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Marketing. Personalization for the Marketing & Communication (M&C) team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategies that elevate our marketing efforts and deliver seamless, tailored customer experiences. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic marketer to manage our ongoing personalization campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will leverage your expertise in A/B testing, audience insights, customer journey design, and personalization platforms to enhance engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Experience Strategy, you will:
- Develop and execute personalization strategies that optimize website experiences and drive new patient volume.
- Apply a critical lens to data by questioning assumptions, investigating underlying user behaviors, and continuously refining hypotheses to uncover deeper user insights
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to inform data-driven personalization campaigns.
- Leverage behavioral data and audience segmentation to craft tailored customer web experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Monitor personalization campaign performance, delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and iterative optimizations.
- Build and maintain a robust roadmap for personalization campaigns, ensuring alignment with Marketing & Communication s priorities and timely execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and address audience pain points, creating seamless and impactful customer journeys.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to ensure personalization elements are enabled and seamlessly integrated.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure consistent messaging and personalization across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Five (5) - seven (7) years of experience in personalization, digital web strategy, customer journey management, or audience insights.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
- Proficiency with personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Heap, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and audience insights.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a results driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Required Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
