You'll work with engineers, Scrum masters, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture.

What You Will Do

As a�Network Security Product Owner, you will:

• Partner with engineers, NetSec s product manager, security leadership, and NetSec stakeholders to develop strategies and roadmaps to enhance Network Security s services.
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Leverage technical deployment experience to plan changes, engage dependent teams for support, and think through challenges creatively and proactively.
• Set a clear direction for your product team, enabling engineers to execute the right work at the right time to support maturity objectives.
• Lead story refinement sessions, planning sessions, maintain service roadmaps, and participate in quarterly business reviews with key vendors.
• Provide a planned execution structure as an Epic and Feature owner, helping engineers prioritize their time effectively.
• Respond to externalities and challenges, re-planning when needed while keeping leadership and stakeholders aligned on delivery changes.
• Facilitation PI Planning - with PM
• Take Requests via jira, email, phone calls, requests come from all different areas - has to be flexible to take the business request and put it into jira.
• Stakeholders - CISO, AVP, might have to speak to something in large meetings - will have lots of support

Must Haves

• 8+ years experience in an agile delivery framework, responsible for strategy and planning in a Product Owner role.
• 5+ years experience making technical changes in a large enterprise environment planning for contingencies, understanding change impact, navigating change management processes, and achieving buy-in from stakeholders and service customers.
• 5+ years experience supporting technology in a regulated environment (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with Tufin; Palo Alto; Fortinet, Cisco ISE; �and ServiceNow.
• Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security technologies and awareness of NIST CSF.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or ITIL knowledge/certification.
• Expertise with Jira, Jira Align.
• Experience with Network Security concepts and best practices: firewall, router & switch security, Web Application Firewall, network design, zero trust architecture/ZTNA.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• Background as a Product Owner in the Network Security space.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and a flexible mindset to be able to operate in an environment that is not purely Agile.
