Job Title: Senior Landing Page/Web Designer (A Player/High-end)

Company: Our client company is a fast-growing US-based growth marketing & performance creative agency, with expertise in designing and building landing pages for B2C businesses.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Designer with a proven portfolio showcasing high-quality websites built using Framer and/or Replo.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, responsive landing pages/websites using Framer and Replo.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive and visually stunning user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web design experience.
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality websites built using Framer and/or Replo.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.

Budget: 25-40 USD/ hour

Required English Level: C1 or above

Work Schedule: Part-Time (around 20 hours/week to start with, based on the project, transition to full-time based on performance, EST PM hours)
