Senior Mobile App Growth Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)
Work Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week Remote - EST Business Hours
Client Company: Our client company is a fast-growing consumer marketplace app in the sports collectibles industry. We are looking for a highly experienced Mobile App Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and app growth initiatives targeting the U.S. market.
This is NOT a traditional e-commerce or CPG paid media role. We are specifically looking for someone with deep experience scaling consumer mobile apps, driving installs, registrations, subscriptions, retention, and marketplace activity.
The ideal candidate has worked with U.S.-based consumer apps and understands the full mobile app growth lifecycle, attribution systems, and conversion tracking infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads
- Drive high-quality: app installs, registrations, subscriptions, marketplace engagement, downstream conversion events
- Optimize campaign performance based on CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, and user quality
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on attribution and conversion tracking
- Manage mobile app attribution platforms and SDK integrations
- Conduct creative testing, funnel optimization, and audience experimentation
- Analyze campaign and cohort performance data to improve acquisition efficiency
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance insights for leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media/performance marketing experience
- Strong experience marketing consumer mobile apps in the U.S. market
- Proven experience managing large-scale app acquisition campaigns
- Experience with: Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Branch, mobile attribution systems, SDK event tracking
- Experience optimizing for: app installs, registrations, subscriptions, retention, in-app engagement
- Experience with App Store and Google Play ecosystems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English required
