This requires consistent, high-quality design execution to communicate ideas clearly and elevate brand perception.
Role Overview
We are seeking an execution-focused Creative Designer to produce high-quality visual assets across digital channels.
This role is hands-on and design-driven. You will take written content, briefs, and references and translate them into clear, engaging, and on-brand visuals across multiple formats—including social media, marketing assets, and campaign creatives.
The focus is on strong graphic design fundamentals, visual communication, and consistent execution—not templated or tool-dependent design.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design Execution
Design high-quality visual assets across:
- Social media content
- Marketing campaigns
- Email and digital assets
Translate written content (e.g., briefs, Google Docs) into structured, visually engaging designs
Apply strong layout, typography, and hierarchy to improve clarity and readability
2. Content Translation & Visual Communication
- Break down complex or text-heavy content into clear visual formats
- Create structured multi-slide content (e.g., carousels) with strong flow and hierarchy
- Ensure designs communicate ideas effectively, not just aesthetically
3. Brand Consistency & Systems
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs (typography, color, layout)
- Work within existing brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Develop reusable layouts and scalable design approaches when needed
4. Light Motion & Video Support
- Assist with basic video or motion editing for social content
- Support simple edits such as cuts, captions, and formatting
(Secondary focus — design remains the priority)
5. Collaboration & Iteration
- Collaborate closely with founders and team to align on creative direction
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality
- Communicate design decisions clearly when needed
6. Execution & Ownership
- Take ownership of design tasks from brief → final delivery
- Manage multiple assets efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work consistently
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing)
- Experience designing across multiple digital formats (social, marketing, web)
- Ability to translate written or abstract ideas into clear visual outputs
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating performance-driven or conversion-focused creative
- Familiarity with design systems or scalable design workflows
- Basic video or motion editing experience
