Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing innovative packaging designs and brand identities that drive consumer engagement and sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs across various mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of packaging designs for CPG products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.Oversee the design process from concept through production, including mock-ups, dielines, and final artwork preparation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform design strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on CPG packaging and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of CPG packaging and branding projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with sustainable packaging materials and eco-friendly design practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing assets and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging in the food and beverage industry.
