Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience in email marketing and paid media creative design.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both visual design and marketing performance — someone who can create assets that not only look great, but also drive conversions.
The ideal candidate has agency experience, has worked with e-commerce brands, and is comfortable managing multiple creative projects simultaneously. We are also looking for someone curious about AI tools and workflow optimization, with interest in incorporating AI into their creative process.
This role may begin part-time during the initial evaluation period and transition into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Create paid media creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop conversion-focused creative assets
- Translate marketing goals into compelling visual designs
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and channels
- Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
- Optimize and iterate creatives based on performance feedback
- Support creative testing initiatives for ads and email campaigns
- Incorporate AI tools and workflow improvements into the design process when relevant
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and media buyers
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and paid ads creative work
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused and performance-driven design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing for email marketing platforms and digital campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Interest in AI tools and workflow optimization
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with motion graphics or light animation
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- Experience collaborating with growth or performance marketing teams
- Understanding of creative testing methodologies
- Experience using AI tools for ideation, production, or creative workflows
