Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (3D & Product Design Focus)

Type: Full-Time/Contractor (40 hours/week)

Our client is a niche design company specializing in financial awards and corporate recognition products. They work with major corporate clients and focus on delivering high-quality, customized design solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong 3D design capabilities to support the creation of financial awards and related products. This role requires a blend of graphic design and 3D rendering skills, with an emphasis on translating concepts into high-quality visual designs.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic and 3D design concepts for financial awards and recognition products
• Develop visual assets using Adobe Illustrator/Figma
• Produce 3D renderings and product visualizations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into design outputs
• Adapt to and learn internal 3D software (Strata 3D)
• Support product design-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Experience with 3D design / 3D rendering software (any major tool acceptable, like Blender or Cinema 4D (C4D), Strata 3D)
• Ability to combine graphic design and 3D design skills
• Solid design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Strata 3D)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product design
• Experience working on corporate or client-facing design projects
• Familiarity with niche or specialized design industries

Working Hours & Collaboration

• Full-time role
• Must have significant overlap with UK working hours during onboarding (first 4–6 weeks)
• Long-term schedule can be more flexible after training
